Presenting the demo
We didn't get the demo done. Like I said in another post, we had problems with flash and couldn't put it together. So our demo is just a bunch of slides with pictures on them and other info. That is pretty much it.

Final day
Well, being a senior, this is my last in this class. Tomorrow I have duoble periods and this isn't a class I have then, and Thursday and Friday are senior finals. I did have a lot of fun in this class, it taught how to better use photoshop and flash. It was a pretty good class...for as far as I got.
That is the problem with the class, too little time for too much stuff. In a 45 min class it takes a min or 2 to log in, then a few minutes to log on wiki and post the learning log, and then start up flash and photoshop and open up the pictures from our schools slow server. By the time that is all done we have about 25 min left. And everyone knows it is close to impossible to keep teenagers on task with partner work and not talk. Plus with the blog entry days that takes our time down to like 15 min of work. We also have to have time to close save our work and get ready for the class to be over, so now it's about 10 min of work.
If it wasn't so focused on doing the tiny things to document our every little movement, we might actually get done with what we are documenting.

Game ideas
Well first thing I would do is actually make the game. With all the snow days we had and with seniors getting out 2 weeks earlier than everyone else, there is no way we can even begin the game. So that would be the first thing I would change. The second would be teaching a little bit more about the disease. Since we aren;t going to be makingit, we haven't really thought how we would come out and say it was the disease and not actually a zombie game.
Making the demo
We didn't really make the greatest demo, but it'll do. We made the scenes that we were going to put in the game to show what was going to be in it. Cody had made a slide of what they would see when hey clicked start, but someone got onto his computer and deleted it. We showed what the symbols on the screen mean, and we also showed what the audience would be learning about and who the targeted audience were.
If I could change anything about the demo, I would change pretty much everything. We were having a problems with flash and couldn't bring our scenes over from photoshop. So they are all just seperate pictures, and not really together in any way. Plus the fact that we know we aren't going to be able to even get started on the actual game. Senioritis is also a very crippling disease.
